Guidelines
Focus groups run year-round on an ongoing basis. We count your start date as three days after you receive your order. When you participate in this program, you are agreeing to test the product(s) you choose for:
- Rocket Nail Fuel: Ten Weeks
- Damage Control: Twelve Weeks
- Launch Oral Tincture: Four Weeks
- Charcoal Face Cleanser: Six Weeks
- Unedited with no filter or effects
- Provide both before and after photos
- Take all photos with a plain white background (if you’re doing nail imagery use a white piece of paper)
- If clothes are shown, please make sure they are either black or white.
- Minimal jewlery.

Before you start make sure…
- Take before photos and videos from 3-5 different angles. Make sure photos are clear (not blurry) and the background is white.
- Create a short video of you explaining that you are trying some new product. See above for an example outline.
- Organize a folder on your phone or computer to save your before and weekly content!

- Once ordered, email your receipt to community@beautygarde.com for a full refund.
Once you receive your product…
- Begin using the product daily, making sure to follow the product directions.
- Set a reminder to take progress photos and videos at the same time every week.
- Take your weekly update photos (a minimum of one photo and one video per week), making sure photos & videos are clear (not blurry) and the background is white.
- Save your photos and videos weekly!

I don't want to participate anymore. What do I do?
Please email community@beautygarde.com. If you have already opened and used your product, you will be responsible for the entire product cost plus any applicable shipping charges.
Is it okay if I submit less photos or videos?
Please try to do your best to submit the agreement upon photos and videos. If you have questions or need help, email community@beautygarde.com.
