BEAUTYGARDE does not ship outside the United States at this time.
U.S. RETAIL (placed by a consumer and not for resale) ship via UPS Surepost (Rocket Nail Line) and USPS First Class (all other products) shipping services. UPS Surepost ships your items to your local post office and your tracking number with UPS then states delivered. In your tracking number information, you are then given a USPS tracking number for next day delivery. Any U.S. order will incur a standard shipping charge (unless a special promotions is applied).
U.S. WHOLESALE (placed by businesses such as Salons, Retailers, Resellers, etc. intending to resell products) will be charged the UPS ground rate to their shipping address (i.e., destination).
For most orders (except for holidays), your order will be shipped out in the following 24 hours of your placed order. BeautyGARDE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Orders shipped can be expected to be delivered within 2-8 business days (with most deliveries taking place within 2-3 days). Please note, shipping times do not include weekends and holidays. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. BeautyGARDE is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including theft at/near delivery location, shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
At BeautyGARDE, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase from BeautyGARDE.com for any reason we will happily provide full refund or credit (including tax where applicable) for applicable merchandise returned within 30 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. After 30 days and up to 60 days, returns will be issued as a BeautyGARDE.com credit that will be applied to your next purchase. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from purchase date. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
Due to the nature of Launch Oral Tincture and COVID, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges or offer refunds once the product has been opened.

If you have purchased BeautyGARDE products from one of our authorized resellers, please contact that retailer for return or exchange information.
Once we have received your returned item(s) and the completed returns form, we will begin to process your exchange as a separate order for the new items. If the item(s) requested cost less than the item(s) returned, the difference will be issued as a BeautyGARDE.com credit toward a future purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange is processed.
