U.S. RETAIL GROUND (placed by a consumer and not for resale) ships via FedEx Ground (Rocket Nail Line and other products combined with the Rocket Nail Line). FedEx Ground delivers Monday-Saturday with the exception that some areas in the US do not accept Saturday deliveries. Any U.S. order will incur a standard shipping charge (unless a special promotion is applied or purchases over $40).
U.S. RETAIL EXPRESS (placed by a consumer and not for resale) ships via FedEx 2 day (Rocket Nail Line and other products combined with the Rocket Nail Line). FedEx 2 day delivers Monday-Saturday with the exception that some areas in the US do not accept Saturday deliveries from FedEx. Any U.S. express order will incur a shipping charge of $12 and is not eligible for free shipping.
U.S. WHOLESALE (placed by businesses such as Salons, Retailers, Resellers, etc. intending to resell products) will be charged the FedEx rate depending on the size of the order (Rocket Nail Line and other products combined with the Rocket Nail line) or USPS First Class or Priority (all other products) to their shipping address (i.e., destination).
For most orders, Monday-Friday (except for holidays), your order will be shipped out in the following 24 hours of your placed order. If your order was placed Friday evening or over the weekend, your order will be shipped out Monday. BeautyGARDE is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Returns
At BeautyGARDE, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from BeautyGARDE.com for any reason, we will happily provide a full refund or credit (excluding tax and shipping) for applicable merchandise returned within 14 days of your purchase date, issued in the original form of payment. After 14 days and up to 60 days, returns will be issued as a BeautyGARDE.com credit that will be applied to your next purchase. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 60 days from the purchase date. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.
Due to the nature of Launch Oral Tincture and COVID, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges or offer refunds once the product has been opened.
Feel Good Guarantee
We hope you love our products as much as we do, however, if you are unsatisfied, we offer a Feel Good Guarantee. Please complete the entire recommended system duration (see individual product pages for time length details) with weekly growth documentation. If you are not happy with the results, it’s on us!
Simply email a folder of your weekly photos to support@beautygarde.com and return any unused portion product. If we receive the unwanted product and weekly growth documentation within 30 days from the system completion date, we will issue a full product refund within 30 days. 60 days and older, returns will be issued via a BeautyGARDE store credit.
Exchanges
Once we have received your returned item(s) and the completed returns form, we will begin to process your exchange as a separate order for the new items. If the item(s) requested cost less than the item(s) returned, the difference will be issued as a BeautyGARDE.com credit toward a future purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange is processed.
