We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our brand, enhance our online presence, and engage with our target audience. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads
  • Work with our in house Designer & Videographer to create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and brand identity across all social media channels
  • Work with our Community Coordinator to engage with online communities and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media advertising campaigns
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance
  • Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Interest in beauty
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to utilize data to drive decision-making
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such 
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns

Compensation & Benefits: 

This position is part time (15 - 20 hours per week) and fully remote. The budgeted salary range is $22 - $28 per hour dependent upon experience & location.
