At BeautyGARDE, we stand behind every product we sell but if for any reason, you wish to return eligible, unopened, unused products purchased from BeautyGARDE.com, you may do so by shipping your products back up to 14 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the shipping carrier for BeautyGARDE.com store credit. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
Due to sanitary purposes, all liquid and lash products, including but not limited to treatments, removers, polish, and cleansers, may not be returned or refunded. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions, or any products purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Rocket Nail Fuel Treatment Feel Good Guarantee
We hope you love Rocket Nail Fuel Nail Repair as much as we do; however, if you are unsatisfied, we offer a Feel Good Guarantee. Please complete the entire recommended system duration (10 - 12 weeks) with weekly growth documentation and a before picture. If you are not happy with the results, it’s on us!
Simply email a folder of your weekly photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and return all products. If we receive the unwanted product and weekly growth documentation within 30 days from the system completion date, we will issue a full refund in the form of BeautyGARDE.com store credit. Store credit does not have cash value and cannot be refunded.
BeautyGARDE does not offer exchanges at this time, including those due to a dislike of nail polish color.
How To Return Merchandise
Step 1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Form. You can print the Return/Exchange Form here.
Step 2. Package the items for return in any box and enclose the completed Return/Exchange Form.
Step 3. Mail your items to the below address.
Step 4. Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
